Homework is a Complete Waste of Time, by Stephen

04/14/2009

Dear Ms. Hoskins,

I am writing this letter to state that homework is useless and should be proscribed from class. Homework is a complete waste of time because kids normally think about what they are going to do after they are done, and lack of focus means lack of full effort. Homework is also INCREDIBLY boring. From my opinion, it’s just basically moving your pencil to and fro, and we do plenty of that at school. Also, instead of making us do math, just make us read a book. I hope you agree!

Sincerely,
— Stephen Drown

He Wanted to use the word “Prohibited”, but I think the spell checker picked that one. His teacher is Fantastic, and just gets him. She loves his work :) As do we.
